
In this portion of the project plan, we will transfer the data from our first paper into a graphical representation using multiple project management tools. This endeavor should illustrate our knowledge of both theory and application using MS Project software program. We will provide a SOW, an acronym for statement of work, a task flow network and critical path, and offer a work breakdown structure by using Microsoft Project. Furthermore, we will present a project schedule by generating a Gantt chart also using Microsoft Project and finally conclude by describing the project reporting structure.

The purpose of a SOW is to detail the work requirements for projects and programs that have deliverables and services performed. Additionally, It defines the acceptance criteria, milestones, and cost of the project. A Statement of work (SOW) also sets the rules for the project once the key stakeholders formally agree to its content. Furthermore, SOW is a tool for managing expectations and change. In the event that the original agreements or assumptions change during the course of a project, all stakeholders must be kept up to date, agree to these changes, and the project manager must write them into the statement of work.
