Planning an event to boost employee morale

" Project Reporting No project manager can afford to be caught unaware by performance or scheduling problems. He or she must rely on the team to provide timely, effective and realistic feedback. Hence, in order to track the progress of the project as a committee, we are going to have weekly meetings every Tuesday. The first half of the meeting will be used to update the tasks, and the percentage of their completion from each committee member. The second half of the meeting will include a discussion of The Summary Project Status Report Template, which will allow us to monitor the status of the project and inform us of decisions we may need to make, such as a change in plans, rescheduling of certain tasks or reallocation of resources. The report includes the following (see the summary report below): " Progress on tasks, and milestones set " Progress made since previous report " Overall progress in relation to the project plan " Actions taken to keep/bring project on track " Issues for resolution; issues resolved since last report " Tasks scheduling and duration " Objectives for the next reporting period
